The Bahía del Duque Gran Hotel, located on the island of Tenerife, next to the Atlantic Ocean, is a luxury residential complex inspired by the culture of The Canary Islands, reflected both in its colonial style as well as the clothing of the personnel. Las Villas, which are characterized by their spacious and bright spaces, are the work of the prestigious interior designer Pascua Ortega and have been built in volcanic stone with a classic and elegant style. The bedrooms and bathrooms, finished with basalt stone, have been decorated with avant-garde elements in a perfect combination of light, space and colour.
A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking for the Villa Mimosa.

Cancellation Policy:Winter and summer (low season):
- If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of the total as a penalty,
- If the booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges 100% of the total as a penalty.
Christmas and Easter period:
- If the booking is cancelled between 21 and 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of the total as a penalty;
- If the booking is cancelled between 14 days before or less before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges 100% of the total as a penalty.
High season (summer):
- If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of the total as a penalty;
- If the booking is cancelled between 7 days before or less before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges 100% of the total as a penalty.
